Part 1 'Strike' April 13-17

Part 2 'Attack' July 6-10

Part 3 'Dominate' Sep 28-Oct 2

Schedule:

• Saturday 1300-1530 1700-1930
• Sunday 0900-1130 1300-1530
• Monday 0900-1130 1300-1530 (1800-2100)
• Tuesday 0900-1130 1300-1530 (1900-2000)
• Wednesday 0900-1130 1300-1530 (1900-2145)
• Sessions in brackets are optional and only recommended if you are physically and mentally in very good shape and want to maximise your training time.

Equippment:

part 1:

• 2 kali sticks (65 cm – 75 cm)
• 1 Kali stick (90 cm – 120 cm)
• sturdy padded knife, safety goggles or head gear for eye protection
• boxing glove 10-14 Oz
• recommended: shin protectors, groin protectors, mouth piece, practice knife (aluminium or wood)
• if available bring light padded stick (durable for contact)

part 2:

• all from part 1
• stick fight headgear (solid fencing mask or Kali headgear)

part 3:

• all from part 1 and part 2
